It’s the Process that Produces the POWER

#BeLekker | #WeAreCFA | #CFA2.0

You don’t need to be the fittest in the room. You just need to trust the process.

We often chase quick fixes, instant results, or dramatic changes — but real transformation? It’s built brick by brickthrough daily choices.

At CrossFit Alberton, we believe in keeping things simple, repeatable, and effective. Our Process to Success is something anyone can follow — whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up.

Here’s how you take control of your journey:

1. Be Consistent

Show up. That’s where the magic starts.
Set your goal: 13 sessions in August.
That’s 3–4 sessions per week. Not every day. Not perfect. Just consistent.
Momentum builds when you stop starting over.

2. Fuel Your Body Right

You can’t out-train a bad diet.
Want better energy, recovery, and results? Start with small upgrades to how you eat.
If you’re not sure where to begin, join our next Nutrition in Motion Challenge — it’s guided, realistic, and built to help you win.

3. Set Goals and Stay Accountable

Big goals. Scary goals. The ones that push you forward.
And then — don’t just write them down and hope.
Set up a goal-setting session with Coach Cam. We’ll make a plan and stick to it together.

Let’s Do This Together

If you’re struggling to see results…
If you feel stuck…
If you’re not sure if it’s working…

Try trusting the process for ONE month.
Don’t overthink it. Don’t do it alone.

Just show up. Eat better. Set a goal.
And watch the power come back.
