Bring a Buddy Day – Friday 23 January!

Have you got a friend, family member, or co-worker who could use a little help with their fitness?

If so, this one’s for them.

On Friday, 23 January, we’re hosting Bring a Buddy Day at CrossFit Alberton 2.0, and we’d love for you to invite someone you care about to come train with you.

Consider this a personal invitation to bring a friend along to one of our normal class times on the day and let them experience what CrossFit Alberton 2.0 is all about — in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

This event is perfect for:

• Anyone who’s ever asked you how you got fitter
• Friends who’ve said, “I really should start training”
• Family members wanting to lose weight or get stronger
• Co-workers who’ve shown interest in the gym
• People who used to train but stopped for whatever reason
• Recreational athletes wanting to improve performance
• Partners who’ve promised to “check out the gym one day”
• Anyone who feels nervous to start on their own
• Anyone you care about

You know us — we’re all about education, coaching, community, and having a good time.

On the day, your buddy will take part in a simple, beginner-friendly CrossFit class, coached and scaled so they feel comfortable and capable, regardless of fitness level or experience. No pressure, no expectations — just movement, encouragement, and a great vibe.

Our coaches will be there to guide them through everything, answer questions, and help them understand how CrossFit can work for them. It’s about showing that CrossFit is for everyone.

How to get involved

• Bring your buddy to your usual class time on Friday, 23 January
• Send us a DM to let us know who you’re bringing
• Or write your name (and your buddy’s name) on the list at the box so we know they’re coming

That’s it. We’ll take care of the rest.
