Over the past few months, I’ve seen incredible breakthroughs during these sessions. They’re not just about identifying what you want to achieve, but also about uncovering obstacles, creating actionable plans, and staying accountable.

What Happens in a Goal Setting Session?

Our sessions are structured to dive deep into understanding you, your goals, and how we can help you succeed. Here’s what to expect:

1. Getting to Know You

As your coach, I want to understand who you are beyond the gym floor. In class, we often pass each other without delving into the details of your life.

Knowing more about your job, lifestyle, and responsibilities helps me understand what’s realistic and how I can best support you. It’s not just about fitness — it’s about building a relationship and ensuring your goals align with your life.

2. Understanding Your “Why”

Why do you train? What are you hoping to achieve?

Whether it’s improving your health, building strength, competing in HYROX, or just keeping up with your kids, your “why” drives your commitment. By understanding your deeper motivations, we can create goals that resonate and keep you focused.

3. Setting Measurable Metrics

We can’t improve what we don’t measure. Together, we’ll set clear, measurable goals across three areas:

  • Inside the Gym: Strength benchmarks, conditioning improvements, or skills like mastering a pull-up.
  • Outside the Gym: Lifestyle changes, such as better sleep or increased energy levels.
  • Aesthetic Goals: Body composition, weight loss, or muscle definition.

We also offer a free InBody Scan to assess your body composition. This data provides a baseline so we can track progress and adjust as needed. Seeing tangible results is a powerful motivator!
