It’s about learning how to keep going, even when things don’t go to plan.
What This Challenge Is Really About
Most people don’t struggle because they lack motivation.

That’s why this challenge focuses on one habit at a time.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll slow things down so you can:

How the Challenge Works
The challenge runs over 6 weeks, with each week focusing on one key habit.
You won’t be given strict rules or unrealistic plans. Instead, you’ll receive:

- Accountability to stay consistent
- Ongoing coach and community support
We’ll also include weekly mini challenges inside the challenge, with small spot prizes to keep things fun and engaging.

At the kick-off talk, we’ll:

- Walk you through each weekly focus
- Share practical tips to help you succeed
- Answer questions and set expectations
Accountability & Support
Accountability is one of the biggest drivers of success.
Everyone who joins will be added to a WhatsApp accountability group, where we’ll:
- Check in weekly
- Share reminders and tips
- Celebrate wins (big and small)
- Help you stay on track when motivation dips
