The 40-Day Challenge Includes: Follow these “Daily Essentials” (because rules sound boring!) to transform your health:
- Healthy Eating Plan
- Train Daily or Engage in Outdoor Activity
- No Alcohol
- Read 5 Pages Per Day
- Walk 8000 Steps Per Day
- Drink 3L of Water Per Day
- Take a Progress Photo Daily
If you complete a day successfully, tick it off your tracker. Simple!
Breakdown of the Daily Essentials
1. Healthy Eating Plan
Let’s fuel your body the right way!
- A healthy diet means nourishing your body with the right balance of nutrients. This can include any diet you can stick to for 40 days.
- Follow the Nutrition Guide we’ll provide (watch your inbox!).
- Options include low-carb, balanced eating, or intermittent fasting.
- Need extra help? Coach Kaylee is here! Her support is optional but highly recommended for those who want additional guidance. Only 10 spots available for personalized nutrition coaching at R800. This includes:
- A tailored meal plan to match your goals.
- Weekly check-ins to track progress.
- Before and after InBody scans.
2. Train Daily or Engage in Outdoor Activity
Stay active every day for 45–60 minutes.
- Consistency is key. Make movement a habit!
- Ideas: Join a CrossFit class, go for a run, stretch, or enjoy a hike.
- Outdoor activities count too—fresh air and movement are great for your mental and physical health.
3. No Alcohol
This one might feel tough, but it’s worth it.
- While moderation is fine, cutting alcohol for 40 days helps with adherence and boosts your performance.
- Your body will thank you!
4. Read 5 Pages Per Day
Your mental fitness matters, too.
- Reading improves focus, reduces stress, and expands your knowledge.
- If you’re not a reader, try audiobooks. Start small and build the habit.
5. Walk 8000 Steps Per Day
This achievable goal keeps you active and burns calories.
- It’s a simple way to increase your NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) and improve overall health.
6. Drink 3L of Water Per Day
Hydration is non-negotiable.
- Aim for 12 glasses daily or two 1.5L bottles.
- Water supports digestion, energy, and recovery—make it a habit for life!
7. Take a Progress Photo Daily
Accountability is key!
- Daily photos keep you focused and help track your physical changes.
- Optional: Track your weight with daily weigh-ins for more insight.
The Challenge: How It Works
- Commit to completing all the Daily Essentials for 40 days.
- If you miss a day (e.g., drink alcohol, skip your water intake), don’t tick it off. But don’t worry—start fresh the next day!
Example: If Saturday looks like this:
- Healthy Eating Plan: ✅
- Train Daily: ✅
- No Alcohol: ❌
- Read 5 Pages: ❌
- Walk 8000 Steps: ❌
- Drink 3L of Water: ❌
- Take Progress Photo: ✅
You won’t tick off Saturday. But if you ace Sunday, you’ll tick off that day and continue your streak.
